A major commercial waterproofing package completed for Badge Construction, including over 1,100 m² of pool surrounds, bathrooms, kitchens and tiled wet areas throughout the upgraded Palm Beach Aquatic Centre.

 Renaissance Coating was engaged for the large-scale refurbishment of 124 hotel bathrooms and two commercial bars at Elysium Noosa. The project involved extensive waterproofing across more than 2,600 m² of bathrooms and 200 m² of bar areas, delivered under tight renovation timelines and coordinated with multiple trades.

 Renaissance Coating was engaged to complete external waterproofing works at the JW Marriott, covering 350 m² of pedestal-tile areas and planter boxes. The project required precise detailing, high-performance membranes and coordination with multiple trades to ensure long-term durability in a demanding coastal environment. 

  Renaissance Coating was engaged to deliver the waterproofing package for the 13-floor bathroom renovations at 70 Eagle Street, covering approximately 30 m² per level. Works were completed in stages to suit building occupancy and required consistent system application and coordination with multiple trades across all floors.
