Project Summary:
Renaissance Coating was engaged by Shape to deliver the full waterproofing package for the refurbishment of Noosa Elysium. The scope included 124 hotel bathrooms and two commercial bar areas, requiring consistent system application, strict sequencing, and close coordination with multiple trades throughout the staged renovation program. All areas were prepared, primed and waterproofed using rapid-curing, commercial-grade membrane systems suitable for high-moisture hotel environments. With more than 2,800 m² of critical wet area coverage, the project was completed efficiently and to specification, demonstrating our capability in high-volume, multi-stage commercial refurbishments.
