Step 01
Inspection & Quote
We inspect your roof on-site, assess the condition of tiles, pointing, and gutters, then provide a detailed written quote with no hidden costs.
Step 02
High-Pressure Wash
All moss, lichen, dirt, and loose debris are removed with a professional high-pressure wash, leaving a clean surface ready for treatment.
Step 03
Repairs & Re-pointing
Cracked or broken tiles are replaced. Ridge capping mortar is re-pointed with flexible polymer compound to prevent future cracking and water ingress.
Step 04
Primer Application
A penetrating primer is applied to seal the tile surface, improve adhesion, and lock in any remaining fine particles before the colour coat.
Step 05
Colour Coat
Two coats of premium roof membrane coating are applied in your chosen colour. UV-stable and elastomeric — it flexes with the roof rather than cracking.
Step 06
Final Inspection
We walk the roof with you, check every ridge, valley, and penetration, and hand over a 3-year workmanship warranty before we leave.
