How it works
Our 6-Step Process
Step 1
Site Inspection
We assess the surface condition, identify existing cracks, moisture ingress points, and determine the correct membrane system for your substrate.
Step 2
Surface Preparation
High-pressure cleaning removes contaminants, loose material, and biological growth. Cracks and joints are ground out and filled with flexible sealant.
Step 3
Primer Application
A penetrating primer is applied to improve adhesion and seal porous surfaces before the membrane goes down.
Step 4
Membrane Application
Two coats of elastomeric waterproofing membrane are applied at the correct film thickness, with reinforcing fabric embedded at joints and corners.
Step 5
Inspection & Testing
We flood-test or probe critical areas to confirm the membrane is continuous and watertight before applying any topcoat.
Step 6
Topcoat & Handover
A UV-stable colour topcoat is applied for aesthetics and added durability. We walk you through the finished job and provide care instructions.
